We had a brilliant stay at this pleasant hotel. Loved perfect breakfast and comfortable bed. We had a fine bedroom. Central location, fabulous staff. Everything was very clean and within 17 minutes' drive of Tenerife Sur airport.

Decent service, superb breakfast, absolutely fabulous location. Bed was extra large, I enjoyed it. Plus their wifi was excellent. Restful hotel, very good value for money.

It was fairly clean and the staff were brilliant, beds were extremely comfy. Lots of supplies in the room: an individual safe, a mini bar and a work desk. Daily service was good too. Amazing views, great pool. Positioned in the good area, adjacent to the beach and shops.

Everything was outstanding, the hotel was marvellous. Staff were PLEASANT and accommodating all the time. The location was perfect, so close to the centre of town, the beach, restaurants. .

The hotel of choice in Playa de las Americas. Excellent food and staff. The room had its own sunny balcony. The pool was a plus. Appreciated that they had onsite restaurant ARECA, no need to go somewhere else...
